Times Wire Service reports that an unidentified flying object was seen at 5:40 AM over Forth Worth, Texas. The UFO was caught on video by a traffic camera as shown below:
It was broadcast live during an early morning television show and there are speculations that it might be a meteor.

Agence France-Presse reports that a photograph of an unidentified flying object flying over Belgium was a fake. It was the work of a man identified only as "Patrick" who, along with his friends, "made it, painted it, hung it up and then photographed it".
The photograph, purporting to show a triangular UFO, was said to have been made in 1990 with a polystyrene scale model. Even the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) examined the photograph and thought it to be genuine.
The fake UFO photo was made at a time when Belgium experienced a rash in UFO sightings. "Patrick" made the revelation recently on the Belgian television network RTL-TVI.

News.com.au reports that a mysterious object was found at the bottom of the ocean in an area between Sweden and Finland last June 19. The object, seen below, was found by Swedish company "Ocean Explorer" led by Peter Lindberg.
It is a circle 60 feet in diameter that was found at a depth of 87 meters while on a routine search for shipwrecks. Ocean Explorer also discovered tracks near the object measuring 300 meters in length suggesting the object might have moved in the past. Lindberg stated that he has no interest in investigating the underwater object.

The Studio City Patch reports that an unidentified flying object was seen in California by two different sets of witnesses last July 4. The UFO, described as resembling a hockey puck, was first witnessed in Studio City then later in Chino.
The sightings were made public at a recent meeting held by the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).

Reminder News reports that an unidentified flying object was seen in Killingly, Connecticut last July 11. It witnessed by Sherri Racine, a former Air Force security policewoman turned bus driver residing in Danielson.
Racine recounted that she saw the UFO hover over a swamp near her home and described it as an object with bands that twinkled red and blue from the corners; and white from the center. The sighting occurred at 11:40 P.M. and Racine was able to photograph the UFO shown below:
Racine said she watched the UFO for about half an hour as it moved slowly towards her house. She noted that there was hardly a sound in the area during the sighting. The next morning, she and her father-in-law, George Lenth, found that a patch of grass in their backyard measuring about 8 feet by 10 feet had been flattened.
Racine said she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she saw the UFO.

The Donnybrook-Bridgetown Mail reports that an unidentified flying object was seen by a tourist while on a cruise off the coast of Western Australia. The tourist, a woman named "Sandra Hill", was on the Kimberley Quest 2 taking photographs of the sky early morning of June 6.
It was when she later checked her photos that she noticed a UFO within the clouds. She described it as "a kind of opaque disc studded with lights" as seen below:
The Department of Civil Aviation examined the photograph but could not identify the UFO.

The UFO was allegedly witnessed by three missile technicians stationed at the base. Although officials blame the outage on communications failure, the technicians say the outage coincided with the sighting of a cigar-shaped UFO over the base.
They reported the sighting to UFO researcher Robert Hastings who organized a UFO press conference involving US Air Force personnel last September.

ABC15 reports that unidentified flying objects were seen inside a haboob, an intense type of sandstorm, over Arizona. The UFOs were described as "specks of light" having a "saucer-like shape" as seen in the video footage below taken by Air15 photojournalist Jesse Rutherford:
The UFOs were later identified as airplanes flying away from the haboob.

The Telegraph reports that an unidentified flying object was caught on video over Cuernavaca, near Mexico. The video, recorded on June 29, showed what looked "a fiery ball with flaming wings". It is said to be similar to a UFO seen over Berlin, Germany last February 11.
Speculations as to the nature of the UFO include meteorite, space junk, comet and vapor trail from an airplane lit by the sunset.

According to a recent BBC News article, the Nottinghamshire Police received more than 80 reports regarding supernatural incidents in the past six years. This was revealed through a Freedom of information Act (FOIA) request made by Paul Stevenson, editor of Haunted Magazine.
Of the supernatural incidents reported, only three involved unidentified flying objects which Chief Inspector Ted Antill confirmed "exclusively" as Chinese lanterns.

He characterized his experience as "surreal".
