The Daily Mail reported that an unidentified flying object was sighted over Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming during a power outage on October 23, 2010. The UFO was allegedly witnessed by three missile technicians stationed at the base. Although officials blame the outage on communications failure, the technicians say the outage coincided with the sighting of a cigar-shaped UFO over the base.
They reported the sighting to UFO researcher Robert Hastings who organized a UFO press conference involving US Air Force personnel last September.
