ABS-CBN News reported that unidentified flying object was witnessed over Capiz, Rizal here in the Philippines. Witnesses described the UFO as a "ball of fire" and that it was similar to another UFO caught on video last May 26.
The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) disputed claims that the UFO was extraterrestrial in origin saying it was merely a concentrated light source. However, an "extraterrestrial expert" Dr. Serafin Leonardo Orijuela noted the video's similarity to a UFO footage taken on November 25, 2005.
